What it is
Roti Canai is a Malay style crispy crepe or naan with a buttery flavour.
You can order optional fillings such as eggs, bananas or other ingredients if you want to try variations. Eat it with curry dipping sauce or just enjoy it by itself.
Note
This bread was originally food for Indians who converted to Islam from Hinduism.
The thinner and crispier version is called Thosai.
Murtabak is a savoury pancake stuffed with mince meat, vegetables and eggs.
